That error pops up once in a while and we all get kicked, were running vechs superhostile map in 1.23 but i replaced the roof with glass like i should have to get it to work

Most of the worlds problems are due to stupidity or ignorance.
I was getting this same problem frequently on a vanilla server install and fixed it by re-converting the map. Not sure if this will help you, but maybe you'll have luck with it too. It's in my posts, I confess I don't know how to point to my earlier post, sorry. =/
