I hope someone can help me.
This shows up whenever I try to open Minecraft:
Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------
Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

I have updated my drivers, and I know my card is supported because it worked before I installed Windows 8 Consumer Preview. What can I do?
A lot of people that have this problem solve it differently. I have the same problem, and I've been lurking the forums for a solution but every computer has a different solution to the same problem from what I can gather.
Someone sent me this. I have not read it, and I'm going to see if it fixes it for me. Having windows 8 might make things more complex for you. http://www.minecraft...d-driver-error/
Didn't see this. Lol. Either way, I'll try anything at this point. My sister has been getting this problem for over 3 months now.

It's hard waiting around for something that you know might never happen; but it's even harder to give up when you know it's everything you ever wanted.
I am having the same problem. TO make a long story short I reformatted my computer. I installed 32 Bit Java and Minecraft worked fine. But when I installed 63 bit Java (which I used before format) the game stopped working, I get the same GL error.
I luckily had backup files of my game before this update. So I tried those and it worked fine with Java 64. Its definetly something with this new update thats crashing it.
