Hi I just updated to 1.2.2 and when I play I get lots of lag spikes. Is there anyway to fix this?

I also get the lag spikes, though they seem to be about 10 minutes apart and they last for about 3-7 seconds each time.

I doubt it's the 64bit Java problem, because I didn't get lag spikes before the update.
