OK so my brother went to purchase minecraft today and after entering his debit card information and clicking purchase our internet browser froze after reopening the browser we checked to see if it went through and according to our bank the money was taken out, but he has received no confirmation emails and did not get a Transaction ID(due to the browser freezing) so he can not send in a support ticket and we don't know what else to do?
