Hi guys! I have a problem. My account has gone from premium to not premium. I do not know how this happened. I migrated my account to Mojang.com recently to get Cobalt. But, it happened a couple weeks after I got Cobalt, so I don't think that's the problem. I sent in a support request to Mojang from minecraft.net but I am waiting for a response. Please help!
Thanks,
Snugtr
I have the exact same issue. And I dont have any of the transaction receipts or anything :sad.gif: I was playing on servers with this account less then a week ago. Where do you contact Mojang about this?
If you didn't purchase Minecraft from minecraft.net, then you got scammed.
Contact the scam site and demand a refund.
If you did purchase the game from minecraft.net, go to minecraft.net/support and report it. Maybe there's just some error in the database or something.
I bought it from minecraft.net and filled out the support thing. I haven't gotten word back from them.

It seems like a lot of people are having this problem who bought this game after the "release." I am, and I bought the game two days afterward. This needs to be fixed. It's a mine craft.net server error.

I got the same problem too. Brought at October.
Replied to Mojang. No response.
Same exact thing with me :/

I'm hopping that they might notice that some people are having the same problem but I'm still waiting for a reply.

It's been nearly a week for me

The launcher says there is scheduled maintenance on the servers to affect login, (I assumed that would mean we would be "premiumed") however, this has done nothing, and I am still premium.

It turns out that my order actually got canceled a couple months after the purchase, although i still had an account that whole time, because my dad didn't realize where the charge was from. Problem solved for me :tongue.gif:

They do not all work responding to support e-mails, which they likely receive hundreds (if not thousands) of each day. Essentially, they do not have the enough staff to handle a wide-spread problem since even if it affects only 5% of the players that's still 200,000 people.
Basically, you have two options:
1. Keep waiting.
2. Contest the charges (This one doesn't really end with you getting a premium account, but you would have your refund)

What does contest the charges mean?

If you purchased the game with a credit card call up your credit card company and let them know you'd like to contest the charges (find the statement where the charge appears so you can give them the relevant numbers) because of non-delivery of goods. The credit card company should reverse the charge (and then I believe they have a department which ensures the credit card company gets a refund from the vendor).
If you purchased the game with PayPal then go to the PayPal website and see if they allow you to contest charges for non-delivery of goods, if they do then just follow their process.
Thanks,

When I try to install the game now it tells me my account is not premium, even though I have my paypall records showing me I have paid.
I filled out the info and sent an e-mail, and they said my case is on file for review...

If you got scammed, regardless of if they refund you or not. Go here http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Still waiting for this to be fixed....I sent a ticket in, but all I received was a confirmation e-mail.

A lot of people do.
And Mojang has fewer than 20 employees.
