I am really confused and mad about this error I've been having. I only have the Better Than Wolves Mod (along with Modloader, of course) installed, and I had gotten pretty far in 2 worlds. Then, when I saved, and exited out of Minecraft and went on the internet for 2 seconds, the screen flickered and went black. Then a blue screen came up and it said something about insufficient memory or something (not the computer, its really good, so something else, I think) Then it had a huge 40-50 digit number which was mainly 0s and then it said to restart the computer. So I did. Later, when I went on Minecraft, the world was missing. When I checked in .minecraft, the world was there, but in the world data file, there was nothing. The other files had stuff, but the world data was deleted. So I deleted .minecraft and redownloaded. After putting the mods back on, I played for about a week, when I saved Minecraft again and went on the internet. Again, same thing happened and I really don't want to lose another world, so how do you fix it?

Do you know what happened when the unstoppable force met an immovable object? The immovable object and the unstoppable force exploded in an unimaginable amount of energy and caused the Big Bang to occur. Now get a job, philosophers, and leave it to the scientists.
go in to the saves in .minecraft
find you world
delete level.dat
rename level_old.dat to level.dat
done.
Dang it, I rage deleted the save :tongue.gif: Well, now I won't have this problem again, thx!
