I have my server all done and now I am just having trouble with ip. You see I log into my server with the ip 10.0.0.9 but I don't think other people can log onto it with that ip. I went to a website that said my ip was 121.217.65.239 and I haven't had anyone use that ip yet but im not sure if that will work either. Can someone please sign into my server with the ip 121.217.65.239 and tell me if it works or not and if not tell me how I can fix the problem.

Try connecting with the IP 127.0.0.1 or localhost . If those don't work we will go from there, otherwise if it does work you have done something wrong while port forwarding.

Connecting with 127.0.0.1 and localhost works.

Ok it is a problem with your port forwarding then, have you attempted port forwarding?
