When I try to join my clans server it gives me this error message-
Failed to Connect to the Server
Connection refused:connect
What does this mean and is there any way to fix it. The server has been running fine for me ever since I joined about a week ago and this error has never came up.
I was playing on it earlier today but it was very laggy.

Is suppsoed to be a 24/7 server
