So, yesterday i was playing minecraft in offline mode due to that my internet connection wasn't working so well. Today, when i get back from school i try to log in and the message comes up ''User not premium''. Its also in minecraft.net, i bought the game trough a gift code from eBay. The code worked, i've been premium more than a month already. I still have the purchase emails and i can log in to my account in minecraft.net. I havent installed any mod to the game, the only add -on that i've put to the game is the lastest pre-release 2 days after it came up. I haven't contacted Mojang because i wanted to get feedback from here. I think thats all you need to know. Thanks for helping.
Seriously i'm not in a mood to read your useless opinions of what you think i am.
AGAIN, code worked, been premium more than a month, played multiplayer and singleplayer, i currently have the pre-release
I help a LOT of people on the forums (post number wut) and I have been in contact with literally over a hundred people that have done the same as you. I'm actually starting to compile a list of disreputable sites that sell bogus minecraft accounts.
Regardless, if you bought your account from Ebay, and its not premium anymore... You got scammed.
You have a couple choices.
1) Contact the seller about it. Either they are the scammers and will laugh/ignore you, or they are a business and the person THEY bought it from scammed them. If that's the case, they MIGHT reimburse you, or get you another key (which may also be bogus).
2) Buy an account from minecraft.net
Mojang cannot, and will not help you, as you technically didn't buy minecraft from them.
I can't stress this enough.
THE ONLY PLACE LEGITIMATE ACCOUNTS CAN BE PURCHASED IS FROM MINECRAFT.NET.
Of course, the exception being, getting it from a friend/trusted source, whom you can personally prove they got it from Minecraft.net themselves.

the message that a user isn't premium anymore is also a possible error from the authentification servers being down
(me and my friends had this also once)
i hope is that, but its been 5 days already. thanks for sharing :biggrin.gif:
Oh yeah? I would go in a corner and die, lol jk yeah you should contact mojang
So i just go to minecraft.net's Support page?
but ebay is safe, just that it is a gift code
AGAIN, code worked, been premium more than a month, played multiplayer and singleplayer, i currently have the pre-release
If it wasnt, ebay is unreliable.
It got it for 13$ right when MC started costing 20$
