Hi, I can't seem to be able to put down blocks, and break blocks at the same time. I just got this game today I played around with the controls a little bit and I just cant get them back to normal. I have done some research of my own but none of it was helpful to my problem. My current controls are
I just don't understand why you need to destroy and place at the same time, I don't even know if its possible, but to reset them to default you go to: %appdata%\.minecraft and then delete the "options.txt" file, then re-run Minecraft and it will be back at default, however you may need to re set your fog and other visual settings back to how you had them.
Attack - Button 2
Pick Block- Button 1
and,
Use item- Button 1
