Cannot Find 1.9 Server Jar File

When I download the minecraft server jar file from minecraft.net, it downloads the 1.8.1 file rather than the 1.9 file I need. Jeb said the server file was available, but clicking the link in his tweet only downloads the SSP file. Any ideas what is happening? Is it just me or is the file link not updated yet on the webpage?

Glad to know its not just me. I hope it gets fixed soon because I really only play SMP.
