Alright, just to start off, I have been playing Minecraft since early Alpha so I am pretty familiar with the game and what is a minor problem and what is a not so minor problem.
Now, I have been playing this game since Alpha and something like this has never happened to me so I am not entirely sure what I am supposed to do in this situation.
On I think August 28th or maybe 29th I was playing normally as I would be, I had to close my game down for something, I am not entirely sure what, and when I went to open it back up and log in it couldn't connect to Minecraft.net. I had thought it was just one time where it was being kind of messed up so I tried again, and again, and again, and kept doing this until I realized that this could be a problem. I deleted my bin folder just in case it might be some mod installation gone wrong, but it continued without fail. I had gotten to the point where I deleted my launcher and my entire .Minecraft folder but it has changed nothing, and now when I get a new launcher it looks like this!
Please help if you can!
PS: It works through the website to get to the game, just not the launcher.
TLDR: My Minecraft is not working at all and I do not know how to fix.
Just keep trying to log in. I'm surprised you havent run into this problem before. Its most likely just Mojang's crappy authentication servers.

Did your world disappear from minecraft? Is it corrupt? Lags? Can't move? "Saving Chunks" Crash? Crashes when you open chests? It can be saved!

I know the exact reason. Either Mojang's crappy authentication servers are being DDoS'd by 4chan yet again, or your connection is bad. Try turning your firewall off completely, and if that doesn't work, restart your internet.
Now I can't even start the launcher.
And I think Java is corrupted...
I get this crash log when I start the launcher (From Java, not the launcher)

If it were me, I would try running Java 1.6 rel 26, rather than 1.7. But that's just me.
I would also check to ensure that minecraft.net has not found its way somehow into my hosts file. On most versions of Windows, that would be in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc . It is a regular text file, and minecraft.net should not be in it.
