I just installed the survival island custom map and it was really fun. So now i wanna play survival island with my friend in multiplayer but i don't know how to actually put the map in multiplayer, plz tell me how.

Put the map in the same folder as Minecraft_Server.exe, then go to the Server properties, and change where it says 'world' to the name of the map you want to play!

put the world from the zip file in the folder that you have your minecraft_server.exe and go in the server.props and change the world name to what ever the survival island world name is...not that hard

Okay, i think i'll add a step by step guide xD

1) Make a folder in your desktop (or anywhere else)
2) Add minecraft_Server.jar (or craftbukkit if you want bukkit on your server)
3) launch the server by double clicking on minecraft_server.jar or by using the run command*.
4) stop the server after it finished and remove the file called world.
5) add the world file you want. IF YOU RENAMED YOUR WORLD FILE IN THE SERVER.PROPERTIES FILE THEN RENAME THE WORLD TO THAT NAME!
6) play!
(7)) if you took Bukkit you fill the plugins file with plugins
