ok well, i bought a vanilla master card to buy minecraft and i waited for 1 hour before i used it. and when i tried registering the card to buy minecraft i got a 24 hour card disable. like wtf? help?

Sounds like an issue with the card actually. Try contacting their customer service, usually listed on the reverse side of the card?
