I'm trying to set up a Minecraft server for me and my buddies.I have port forwarded in the router, but the server is still only accessible from the LAN, not the Internet. I have turned off UPnP and excepted port 25565 from my computer's firewall, what else could I be doing wrong?

To test: Turn off windows firewall, and all anti-virus. Make sure your actually port-forwarding. Make sure it matches the 25565 or whatever port your using.
port forward the private IP, give them the external.
Set up a static IP, if your IP changes youll have issues.
I have temporarily disabled firewall and antivirus. There was no difference. The server would be accessible on the LAN by the internal IP, but not with the external IP.

Post the output of the console immediately after starting the server.
