I went on to Minecraft because I heard of the 1.6 update, but whenever I press, Yes, when it says would you like to update?, it won't work! Any help?

Check if you're connected to the internet, also maybe delete Minecraft.jar and just re-lauch Minecraft and it will download a fresh 1.6.4 copy.

Can u add alittle bit more description? what happends? does it go black? or does it just freeze? f it freezes, redownload it and run it again. whe u log in, dont update. Exit out of it, open it again and then update it.
