Help me! I have a minecart that:

1) I can't get into
2) I cannot break
3) When the blocks around it are destroyed it floats in midair
4) Re-orients itself with any minetrack placed under it within two spots below it
5) Will not move on a minetrack and other minecarts cannot pass through it (in fact they bounce off it rather well) and I cannot push it in the air
6) Water flows right through it. Lava has no effect on it either
7) It shakes a lot when suspended in air if it is not attached to a minetrack
8) Blocks can be placed through it and around it with no hinderence

This is the only anomaly in my world. Noted, this is not in some far off distant area, I have yet to go too far from my original spawn point.

Has anyone else encountered something similar? Any ideas how to get this minecart moving or out of the way?

I do not know what caused this minecart to act this way! My computer specs are:
AMD Athlon II x4 645
Windows 7
8gb G.Skill Sniper Ram 1600mhz @ 9-9-9-25
ATI Radeon 5830

I take it no one else has had this problem or knows how or fix it??

I've just noticed the problem now, haven't used a minecart in a while, just came to now, and boom, powered minecart won't push it right, can't be destroyed, floats, etc etc.
