So I'm wanting to edit a biome to stop it from SNOWING. Snow covers up the ground and it quite annoying.

Any way to turn the snow off in a certain area?

I have a feeling that it calculates where to snow from the map seed... in any case I should change the seed and it will stop snowing in that area?
