So I've emailed the payment support three times now... All the send me is "Your request (#21085) has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff."
This is pissing me off, is this how he runs his game? By stealing the money from customers who try to play and since the game doesn't work on their computer ask for a refund and he ignores?
A) Its not stealing. You didn't buy the game. You donated money for development of a beta. People get this confused.

C) What problems are you having? A ton of people ask for refunds when the problem is entirely fixable, or they don't understand how the game works to get it running at peak.

Did your world disappear from minecraft? Is it corrupt? Lags? Can't move? "Saving Chunks" Crash? Crashes when you open chests? It can be saved!

This is incorrect. What they did was pre-purchase the game. They did pay for it and they do own a copy.

This is correct though. There are lots of people ahead of you in line. Be patient.
hmm easy fix would be to hire more staff? i play a game that has over 600k reg users and i can get a GM to reply to me with in 10 mins.... notch needs to hire more staff.... take a guess it starts with E

It won't work on my computer. Plain and simple. I don't know why, I don't really care, if the service is this bad I don't want to play it anymore anyways. I just want my money back (as stated in the FAQ I can get refunded within one week of buying the game [so yes I BOUGHT IT and yes it is STEALING])
Anyways, I'll continue to wait it out I guess. Just want people to know how the service is -.-
you need to have some patience. Notch is working with a game that has over a million users with a short staff of people. he gets thousands upon thousands of emails a day. just wait until the team gets back to you
