I run a small server off of my computer with some friends, And just me and my friend are ops. The other 2 are not. They have been nagging about lag, But my other op friend had not complained, So i decide to try to op one. As soon as he is oped he can mine in perfect time agian, Then i de-op him, And it stoped working.. Then i oped him agian and it worked, Then i oped my last friend, And all of a sudden he could do everything in time.
the problem is like, Blocks might re-spawn, But i have the server mostly running default settings, and no mods.
I can run the server easy, But i have a crappy upload speed. But still, Its fine for what i need, Slow, But good enough
Hmm thats weird. Are you using the minecraft_server.jar? Try giving it more ram to play with. It might also be your connection...or maybe your friends are screwing with you. :wink.gif:

Retired StaffIve seen it with the CLI modes and server wrappers and such, But i like having the GUI to copypasta cake to spam my friends with =P
