I'm having trouble buying the game through Paypal.
I entered all my details that it was asking for on the first page, and after clicking the "Review order and continue" button it took me to the second page to confirm the order. I'm at work right now so just before I clicked confirm a customer came in. 5 Minutes later I came back and clicked the confirm button.
It immediately went back to the first page for paying the game, and it didn't say that either the game was successfully paid for or not. I rang my bank and they have said that a payment has left my account for $1.00. The amount according to Paypal was meant to be $17.96 (I'm in New Zealand that that was Paypals exchange rate)
After calling my bank I figured I'd give it another go to try and buy the game.
I entered all my details again and now when I click the "Review order and continue" button all I get is "Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card."
I checked the details I entered and they are 100% correct. I have no other cards and have been able to buy other things over the internet with this card I have. I think I have paid for one game a few years ago via Paypal, but can't remember 100%.
I also checked my email address, and there is no email confirming payment for the game.

Just closed the Paypal page and went back into it. This time I immediately clicked the Confirm button and it seems to have gone through OK. I was shown the "Michael, thank you for your payment" screen.
I have also received a confirmation e-mail.
I will also note that there is a fault with the page Paypal displays. It is impossible to do this statement: "Users are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully."
Clicking the link in that statement gives the following message: "You must log in before you access this page."
---
Basically what I want to know is:
If Paypal has double-charged me for the game can I get a refund.
