I did a search on this but the single old topic did not give any support since the OP said it just dissapeared.

Using Vista64 Premium on latest FireFox3. Java version is completely up to date, reinstalled latest version from Java website for good measures.

Checked the console, here's a copy.
Reading certificates from 2332 http://www.minecraft.net/client/lwjgl_util_applet.jar | C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\30\2f33c09e-64eecbdd.idx
Reading certificates from 2152 http://www.minecraft.net/client/lzma.jar | C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\57\32e9ae39-51657827.idx
Fatal error occured (7): com.mojang.minecraft.MinecraftApplet

Tried on Safari, IE, no avail. Cleared cache, nothing.

Any suggestions?

EXACTLY! this happens on both 32bit and 64bit Vista (as i have tried both) and for some reason on my computer it is also following through into ubuntu.

I have tried everything i can think of other than calling my ISP and telling them to fix it.
