Unique Features:
Some blocks and items are completely named unique as some of the item names are not fit or cut out to be long to be read in-game.
Creatively thought names for non-existing real world blocks, mobs and items.
The Nether? Neder? Well, call it Liyab! The blaze of the fire is upon us!
Netherrack is named Sumpansabit, which is from the words sumpa and sabit, meaning "Hanging Curse".
Soul Sand is named Kaluwan-hangin combined from kaluluwa and buhangin meaning Soul Sand all the same. It's a bit boring if you just name it "Kaluluwang Buhangin".
The End? Ang Dulo? It's not. The end is called Budhi ng Dilim. Instead of the End, you encounter the End Dragon in your conscience of darkness.
Renamed and uniquely named achivements. If you try to translate the normal set of achievements, it would be dull and actually too long otherwise.
Kept semi-english. Some things are just not right when you change them. Either way, they sound different even with the same name.
From top to bottom, everything is translated. Even though some are untouched, everything will feel right and correct.
The End Poem is completely translated!
MMORPG Upgrade Numbering. Instead of I, II, III and IV, it's replaced by +1,+2,+3 and +4. The new status names won't fit the old ones.
NEWS
[5/20/2013]
Guess who's back? Yup, it's your nice little translator who's trying hard to translate Minecraft.
It's my vacation and it's almost over for most of us, as well as me. I almost completely forgot about this but, don't worry, I won't abandon you guys until I'm ready to go.
Oh hey, actually, I need some help now. Just PM me and I'll show you how to or at least correct me on some stuff.
Anyways, I updated/remade the whole translation pack! Sorry for the confusion from the old and the new, please get used to it as I will not change them anymore. Heck I might get someone to dot hat for me so the unspecialized translations can still be kept for you guys.
So yeah, that's quite it for now. New account and all.
I'm still not done here though, missing FAQ and everything. So, what do you think?

Install Instructions All methods apply to all versions of the downloads
Classic/Original Installation
The steps here will be equal to those of installing the mod so pay attention.
Go to your .minecraft folder
Windows ME/95/98/XP/7: Type %APPDATA%/.minecraft in Windows Explorer
MAC OS: Enter ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft in Finder when you Go To Folder
Linux: Navigate to ~/.minecraft ,you have to press Ctrl+H in order to see the minecraft folder.
Other OS: Open your texture packs folder in Minecraft, it will bring you directly to the texturepacks folder in .minecraft
Open minecraft.jar using an archive extracting program such as WinZip, WinRar or 7Zip.
Optional: Back-up your minecraft.jar just in case of failure
If you haven't done yet, delete "META-INF" in minecraft.jar
Open PH_lang_vXX.zip or PH_lang_vXXEnd.zip
If you changed the name of the download, use that one instead.
Drag all of the contents found in the ZIP file to your minecraft.jar, replace everything.
Close all windows and run minecraft and set your Language to Tagalog (Philippines).
MagicLauncher Installation (Recommended)
MagicLauncher is an easier and safer way to install a mod you prefer to add. Hence the info, this is also alternative way of installing Language Packs.
Put PH_lang_vXX.zip or PH_lang_vXXEnd.zip somewhere you can't transfer it.
I suggest putting it in your folder along with the mods for easy find.
You could also put it in your "magic" folder in your .minecraft directory
If you changed the name of the download, use that one instead.
Run MagicLauncher and click on Settings.
Click Add and navigate then select where you put the zip file.
Press OK then play minecraft and set your Language to Tagalog (Philippines).
Even though MagicLauncher would say no mods found, it's still there.
Append Installation (Adding from another Pack)
If you already have another Language Pack installed, it's better to add it up than to replace everything and lose your Language Pack that you already have, even thought it's a bit longer. NOTE: Make sure it's not a Language Pack that ONLY modified en_US.lang. If it is one, then you can install it normally.
Go to your .minecraft folder

Open PH_lang_vXX.zip or PH_lang_vXXEnd.zip
If you changed the name of the download, use that one instead.
Drag fl_PH.lang found in lang from your zip to the lang folder of your minecraft.jar
If you have the "The End Poem" along, drag the title folder in minecraft.jar
Open up languages.txt in the lang folder of your minecraft.jar with an application that shows the packs BY LINE.
If you have Notepad++, use that.
Insert the following line:
fl_PH=Filipino (Philippines)
Save the file in the same location in the minecraft.jar
Close all windows and run minecraft and set your Language to Tagalog (Philippines).

which might have been never been finished. Thanks to him, he's one of my reasons to make this Language Pack. To continue what he has done.
Actually, I just completely made this within a whole day. (which was originally half day on one day and another for the next day)
The blocks are really tricky to make and some words have to be Google Translated but I fixed them up since I'm a translator and all.
Also, thanks to Mojang for making Minecraft, you guys are the best~!
Of course, I wouldn't forget you for downloading at at least checking out the pack~
