Our staff can do the very best to try and get FTB, Forge etc to work work, but with one client, it didn't seem to work, however, we know that bukkit and vanilla work perfectly fine on our servers.
If you mean mods as in world edit etc: We have an automatic mod installer, e.g. so that if you want to install world edit, or essentials, you can just click install, and it will do it automatically for you.
