Can't tell weather your joking or what, but I highly doubt you will get a host at the rate your going. If you have a large server base ready to play, this may be possible. Your asking for a, at the cheapest, 100$ per month server for free.

we are going to be the biggest so thats why we need 12gb. we would prefer 20g but we are being niced

NO one is going to give you 12 GB + for free, also %5 donations from every donation? I'd at least want probably %100, fine fine, thats greed, %99 will do until I get paid for how much it would cost.

You're probably not going to make 100 players off PlanetMinecraft or here, don't even try, the most you will get is 5 players, and they will leave probably in a few hours, or ask for OP and you ban them.
Also you're stupid kind of, you can't trick them into giving you donations, this happened with another server, he did exactly this, guess how many players are on his server right now, probably 4, 5 players, 2 of them are mods and 1 of them is a player and the owner, sad kindof.
Also if you got a 19GB what more do you want from us? A mansion, good for you, take the 19GB and good luck, my server was once so poor we had to use 525 MB.
me and my friends came up with a very good idea to get the donations
what we will do is when we get a lot of players and they build stuff we will threaten to shut our server down for ransom so
like they have to pay $200 if they want to ever play again
so we threaten them we will shut down after they played for days.
then when we get a few grand we wont do that anymore. please sponsor us

I would offer a 1GB server to someone without a plan, but 12GB is quite a lot, if you resubmit an application and come up with a plan you could get a server started pretty quick
