As you may know, it isn't free for hosts to give you a server. You shouldn't go straight out asking for 12gb with no reputation and being such young, while not showing any maturity or professionalism in your post. I understand you are quite young, that is okay, but it doesn't look good to some hosts, no I'm not saying lie about your age. Show your maturity by putting effort into your post and making it well presented, meaning don't use internet language, spell full words and use proper grammar.
Is this a joke? No hosts are going to apply to host you, or beg to host you. If you already had a big, or "the biggest server in the world", then maybe that would be the case, but it isn't. A sponsorship is a business deal. Also, 5% of $30k is $1.5k, not $5k.

There are a lot of people out their have present more structured ideas (compared to your "we're going to make the best server in the world") that are very happy to walk away with a 2 GB server for a weeks use; plus, they offer 50-80% of all donations. Honestly; your age and presentation play a big part in what you do. Whether just or not, it's just the way it is.
With your presentation, I advise you cease to attempt getting a sponsorship and home-host. Maybe out of extreme luck someone then will offer you something.
As far as you getting 15 offers, I'm calling your bluff.

This type of thing doesn't happen over night. Hosting companies would most likely only host for free if you had a really good server idea. You would need to post more information. Why would people want to join your server over other popular servers? What ranks are you planning on having? Etc. I would recommend offering more than 5% of donations. I would say at least 60%. Most server owners are lucky if they don't loose money from hosting.

I honostly CAN'T tell if your joking or not. For one lying will not get you anywhere. You did not get 15 offers and probably NEVER will with that attitude. Be more professional sometimes and think about it before you post.

Learning how to create a server on 1/2 a gig or a gig is where you start, instead of demanding a $60.00 server right off the bat. However in your case, concentrating on your school work is the best thing for you. It isn't glamorous and fun sometimes, but it will get you that server quicker and easier in the long run.

And if you don't think 12582912KB is a lot, I'd like to see your pocket money. A 12GB server would cost around $60-100 at most hosts, maybe more, and they wouldn't give it out to anyone random. You seem to not know anything about servers AT ALL. You at the very least doesn't show that you do. The 15 offers you have gotten, were they from your friends? I couldn't even believe you in that. At their age, I wouldn't even see they having a computer with 12GB. Rather around 2GB. Or less. The servers market (if you know what I mean) is getting too saturated, and it's going to take a completely revolutionary new idea to get up there with the best of the best.
Also, I know it's fun and even semi-logical to say that you're going to get 30-grand in donations, but how will you do it? This goes back to the classic Aesop parable about belling the cat. You seem to have a good goal in mind - and that's great - but how will you achieve that goal? What ranks/perks will you be offering to justify the amount of money that people will be donating to the server? If you're not sure, or if the perks are mostly "You will get to support an awesome server to its rise to glory", I suggest you rethink your plan. If you're not willing to do that, then maybe Minecraft server sponsorships aren't the thing for you.

so we threaten them we will shut down after they played for days.

we are going to be the biggest so thats why we need 12gb. we would prefer 20g but we are being niced
