Hello Minecraft community. I'm looking for server hosting that has powerful cpu, good support, and most importantly (for me at least) is the network.
So I want to host a custom factions server for now. Getting some custom plugins made, and later on I'll branch out onto other Minigames, so I want to be able to upgrade my server plans without losing any files or have to go through really complicated stuff. Price doesn't matter too much, but I do want great performance on my server, and fast ticket response times AKA 24/7 support. I live in Australia but would like to host my server in the US because that's where a lot of gamers live. I just want low ping times, great hardware, and support.
When replying, I would like to know the specs for your hardware (like the name of your CPU for example), as well as where you host and a test server (if possible). If you can tell me of course, I would like to know the tier of your datacentre that you use.. I'm just comparing some plans and server hosting right now to see which one would be the best bang for my buck.
We can provide you with a server for $8.00/GB. We do not have test-servers however we have a 24 Hour refund system.

Looking like you got mostly copy-paste from various companies. Allow me to take a little bit of my time to help you individually
Our Phoenix, Arizona location would be great for you and your players! Not only is it based in the U.S for your playerbase, but our Low Latency Network would allow you to connect lag-free from Australia At this location, we offer Intel® Xeon® E5-1620 processors out of a Tier 3 Datacenter. You can test it out at PHX.MinersPlanet.com. Our support and service is some of the best in the industry, and since our start in December 2014, we've had 11 pages of positive reviews Even if we're not on livechat, you can expect a reply in less than an hour from our ticket system
You said you wanted a custom factions server with custom plugins. We allow custom jars to be uploaded instantly, making for a better experience. You also wanted to upgrade instantly when you added minigame servers. With just one click of our "Upgrade/Downgrade" button, you can do that You won't lose any files, either
You also told us that price doesn't matter. The second you say that, most hosts will try to overcharge and sell you more than you need. For a custom factions server, 1GB should be just fine, but if you want optimal performance, I'd suggest around 2GB. It also depends on the amount of players that you plan to have. We're running an offer right now for $0.75/GB for your first month with the promo code HALLOWEEN, which should be perfect for you We also offer loads more features, but I won't ramble on about them like most hosts will If you want to take a look at them though, feel free
I recommend our 1GB/$3.50. We can meet all of your expectations and even more! Feel free to contact us with a livechat on our site and request a test server or ask any questions. You can use the code "SPOOKYSERVERS" to get a 10% discount.

+ 80Gbps DDoS Protection

Your premium prices seem to be a bit high. $20 per GB is a rip off, and you don't offer unlimited slots.
While our premium prices are high this option is only suggested for those who have never hosted a server before and needs a lot of support in order to run their servers. Premium isn't even a default option on our page however most times those customers require hours of support installing mods, doing different configurations etc all of which requires hands on support from our staff.
As for unlimited slots it's the first thing listed on our websites page.
Central US location, excellent routes to Europe and Asia, Intel Xeon E3-1271v3 (3.6GHz, one of the best CPUs for Minecraft). Low RAM capacities so no overloading. Full info @ the link I sent
Here's a test IP, I'd hope it speaks for itself - test.mcho.st
I see you are one of the only hosts that understand that Minecraft is single threaded.Your CPU is the best I've seen, but latency is a bit higher than other hosts, since you host in the middle of the US. May I ask how much DDos protection you offer, and ticket response times? Any plans to open new server locations or whatnot?
Haha, it sucks but that's what we need to adjust to. Fancy E5s are only good for overloading, as far as Minecraft goes.
Middle of the US is our preferred location for excellent US connectivity, which is where a majority of MC players come from, with Europe coming in at a second - and our providers have optimised routes to Europe.
For security reasons, we don't disclose our exact DDoS protection capacity (I suppose you can guess why), but we have extended DC DDoS protection combined with an external provider. We don't null route for attacks, it will be filtered through inline protection and if it's too strong automatic external filtering is activated. If that fails too, then there's a null route while netops deal with it, from our DC providers end.
Ticket response times are fast but we're very community oriented Posting on community.mchost.com does have somewhat faster response times and allows us to serve more customers, as well as the community to help each other. Posts are then archived. All clients get a community account automatically, same login information as the WHMCS client area. Directly at the client area, we aim to respond within hours at the most (honestly speaking).
I'm Lachlan from KZN Hosting, which is an Australian based and registered business operating since October, 2014. We can help you out every step of the way with our premium Minecraft Server hosting, at only $7.50/GB. Looking for something a little cheaper? We also offer budget hosting at $5.00/GB. We have a 100% network up-time guarantee - in the event of downtime, there'll be someone to talk to as well as compensation arranged!

Your advertisement is great, it's just that your network, and servers. I get ping spikes from 200ms to 800ms. Other servers work fine for me.

Any optimised routes to Australia? It'll be awesome if there was.
Your support seems nice, but you don't seem to have any locations on the West Coast of the US. Your Free BungeeCord server looks awesome tho.
Alright, I've contacted them and asked them some questions. Their website looks great
