Describe your server idea[/b]: Well, "Doge" is a term that many servers don't have in their name, ive searched on many minecraft server lists the word "Doge" and i would see a bunch of offline servers that might have been 2 years old, never to be opened again, so pretty much i want a unique kitpvp server based off of the meme "Doge".
Why you want this server[/b]: Ever since i started minecraft, i thought server hosting was going to be as easy as pressing a key on the keyboard, but i my luck went down when i saw the minecraft fourm page, where when i got a server, it only had 50 MB and no 24/7 support, which really SUCKED, because i wanted to run a public KitPVP server that people would join, and 50 MB just would'nt do.
On a scale of 1-10, how badly do you want the server?[/b]: Was desperate, saw that there was not much hope left, so probably a 7.
Proposed Plugins: [/b]GroupManager, kingkits, worldguard, and worldedit would be the essential plugins for my server(or NOT my server).
How do you plan to generate money?: [/b]Donations, though since it will be a small server i will probably be getting about 2$ or something every week, but crate keys make everyone go mad on donating if there's something OP about it.
Do you already have a community? If so, how many active players? If not, how will you be getting players?[/b]: I have some friends, but i don't really have some real players, to get players i will be posting the server on minecraftservers.org and making a video about it, if my screen recorder ever works again (ARGH.. my screen recorder...)
What makes your server special? Why should I join your server instead of that other server?[/b]: There is something diffrent about the server (Or not a server) because all the kits are connected or based off of the meme "Doge", Im also a fan of a super hero seires called "Kamen rider" and i will put special Kamen Rider kits on my server(Not.) every time i feel like it.
Is there a reason why you can't pay for this server?[/b]: Yes. because i'm 11 years old, my parents are quite strict about spending money online, and the 2 free server hosts that ive found (server.pro, aternos) were not 24/7, ill list 2 things for each of them:

Really, you can sign up and use the service without giving us anything but a valid email to receive the login info. It's not one of those trials where we ask for a credit card then charge you when you forget to cancel, it just ends after 30 days with no paid option. The point is to help the community because we have excess server space and can scale it as paid subscriptions increase. Most of the space is on older nodes that we own (because we don't rent our hardware) but is still perfectly capable (E5-1650v1 for example)!

Prohost.gs works. You need to have one person on at all times to keep it up, but you don't need to fill all of your slots. Check it out: http://prohost.gs
At the time of the posting, it gave you a full on server with FTP and such. They couldn't afford to keep up the servers, so they ended up creating a bungeecord network that allows you to create your extremely limited server. I would no longer recommend using them.
