I've been looking into the possibility of using an online host for a minecraft server with a ton of mods I really like that make the game both complicated and a lot more fun. One of the sites that came up during my search was GGServers, and it looks like good pricing, but in my eyes it seems a little... Should I call it strange? For the 32gb plan they suggest a cap at 400 players, that seems a little low if you ask me... So, here I am looking for any information anyone might have. What would be your opinion on the best hosting site for minecraft servers using mods? I don't plan on having more than mayber 50 players at a time, but I'd need a lot of excess ram and at least a quad core cpu for the server so that the server won't encounter too much, if any lag at all. So I'm looking for one with good pricing for what it offers, and good cpu coverage. Having unlimited disk space would be a serious bonus.

Currently working on a new project list. Shut down server due to lack of players/time to work on it among other issues. All of my packs are still available of course.
I would read reviews in different hosts' threads but you will get a lot of biased reviews, so take it with a grain of salt. It's hard to tell what hosts don't oversell and do use good hardware, until you get a server. Any big-name host will be a little more expensive, except GGServers, but will provide around the same quality of hosting. Most hosts use similar spec nodes so there isn't much variation between big hosts. Though, one of the hosts mentioned in this thread uses much larger nodes with more servers per node which you might want to avoid.

Minecraft, VPS, Dedicated hosting - PM me for help + deals
@Entoarox - Yeah, that's why I was looking for info about sites related to and for GGServers itself, because I plan on popping about 16gb into the server for just a 50 to 100 player capacity, because there's going to be about 100 or more mods on the server if you include all of the utilities for antigrief and a trading system.
@esjeff - Thanks for letting me know. I'll look into which has more nodes being used so I can avoid it like the plague. And I knew about the biased forum info that I would find if I tried to find out on their site, which is why I asked here instead of looking there.
@TheFriendlyVillager - I appreciate the listing, but some information about them would come in handy, since it is always better to not go in blindly with things like this.

My bad. Bissect hosting is what the gameknight999 network uses. (ip: mc.gameknight999.com ) MCSG uses Cloudfrost (ip: mcsimplegaming.com) and Hypixel uses MCprohosting (ip: mc.hypixel.net) I don't know to much about the services themselves, but these server networks utilize these services.

I'm debating going for that $96 dedicated deal you have. But I need to wait for my next paycheck, and also find out what other people think of the specs for it.
