Name of proposed server: Hyplez
How much RAM you want: Perhaps 256MB to 512MB (Will definitely need to be increased if server becomes popular)
How many player slots?: At least 30.
Preferred server location?: Australia
Describe your server idea: Hyplez will be a hub server, consisting of multiple game modes. Firstly, our main mode will be Towny. This is a game mode where players have vanilla survival (with no pvp except in a special /warp) and towns. There will be a strong community base and a friendly staff base. This gamemode is one where players work together to create the town of their dreams with a balanced economics system and a fun atmosphere.
Next, comes factions. In this gamemode, players are allowed to create their own factions. The more members or followers a faction has the more land the faction can claim. The risk for griefing is low in claimed land since only the faction followers can build there. Factions can forge alliances and declare themselves enemies with others. Land may be taken from other factions through war.
Thirdly, prison! In this game mode, players start at A and mine materials to gather money and sell stock. After getting a certain amount of money, players can rankup and become freed from prison!
Fourthly, creative. Don't like the other modes? How about a nice, relaxing creative plot? In this, no-one can grief you and you can build anything you like - just not inappropriate things! Players can work together to create the house of their dreams, or just mess around and have fun. Surely loved by many!
Finally, KitPvP! In this game-mode, there will be many kits from which players can choose. When the drop into the arena, havoc begins as players rush around killing each-other, earning coins to buy new kits and gear. A very fun gamemode for PvP lovers!
On a scale of 1-10, how badly do you want the server?: I would say around 7. I have always wanted to host an amazing server.
Proposed Plugins:
For Creative: PlotMe (I have not much knowledge about plugins.
Miscellaneous plguins: WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, Vault, Essentials and others if necessary.
How do you plan to generate money?: At this point, I am unsure.

Donator - $9.99
Sponser - $29.99
VIP - $39.99
Elite - $59.00
Ultimate - $69.00
These ranks will have different perks, more for the better rank, I will need someone to help me figure out their perks. I will make sure that they DO NOT violate the EULA. Also, I will CLEARLY STATE where the money they use is going towards.
Do you already have a community? If so, how many active players? If not, how will you be getting players?: No, I do not have a community. I plan to advertise on Minecraft Forum, Enjin, YouTube, Twitter, PMC and more. As I currently have a small following on Enjin, I think that will be a very easy way to get a community. However, I will NOT advertise on other servers because it would put Hyplez in a bad light.
What makes your server special? Why should I join your server instead of that other server?: Firstly, Hyplez is an organised community with an easily accessible server, website and TS3 server. We will have a strong, friendly community where all players have a say before updates are pushed out. We will have a mature and professional staff base at the ready and a fun and friendly environment for all players, young and old. We would have strict rudeness rules and warn players who break the rules. As a newly created community, we offer a great place for new players to begin their Minecraft journey and we make every player feel welcome and loved. We would have a detailed spawn and professional builders to build us amazing maps for everyday usage. We are special, we are Hyplez.
Is there a reason why you can't pay for this server?: Yes, there is. I do not have the money for a server. It has been my uttermost dream to host my own Minecraft server, but my parents will not allow me as they think that it is a waste. I feel that a Minecraft server would change my life experience for the better, teaching me leadership skills and patience. I hope you understand this.

You would not be able to host 30 players with that requested amount of ram. The max you could host with a 256-512mb server would be 5-10 players. In addition, you wouldn't have the resources available to create all those different game modes.
