You are going to have a hard time finding a host that charges $1/gb with all of your requirements - It is possible, you will just have a horrible host with oversold servers, no support, and a lot of lag.
If you want to make your budget a little more realistic, $50 might get you 3 months at a decent host

What you are proposing is only 1$ per GB and I think noone can offer you this. If and when you decide to up your budget we can offer you prices that start at 5 euro / GB. We can get you a 8GB server for 240 euro / 6 months. When you are getting bigger or it proves too much you can easily upgrade / downgrade your server in just a few clicks. Let's do some math! Hypothetically someone had a 128 GB server from OVH, that costs $174/month and let's ignore the set up fee. They are paying roughly $1.36/gb that isn't including any website fees, licenses, that is just the cost of the server. For an 8 gb server it costs them $10.88/month and $65.28 every six months. Do you see the issue here?
I don't think you fully understand how hosting works. At a $1 per GB level, the host would have to insanely overload their processors and oversell no matter what provider they themselves are using. What you're asking for is simply unsustainable and unrealistic, even from the cheapest of providers.
Not only do hosts have to pay for their servers and/or colocation (if applicable), they have to pay licensing fees on software like WHMCS/Blesta/whatever, and the licensing fees that the control panel has. These additional licenses will cost a host, at minimum, $20-$30/month, and that's assuming they're a very small/new provider.
Even if you do somehow manage to find a provider that offers you $1 per GB for 6 months, I'd have very serious doubts about the longevity and sustainability of that provider, and would doubt they'd last the full 6 months of your service.

I would please ask that you don't come across so aggressive. Some of these other hosts I know quit personally and others not so much, but we all share a passion and a hobby to do these things because we love it.
But you do realize all us hosts out here are companies? Our goal is not to please you, its to help try and give you the best deal that works for you. Now based off our analytic's 98% off our customer base is over the age of 22. that being said we make 2% of our profit off teens and younger kids.
What does this have to do with anything? What I am trying to say its just not worth it for us to even give deals to these younger adults/teens (Younger adults meaning teens) if the next month we are going to lose them) Most of these adults start out by paying for 3-6 months. but they have the money to get what they want. I see you probably don't have a job being that you are younger and there is nothing you can do about that....But why should we take money out of our pocket just to lose money? I think just get what you can afford rather then getting aggressive about a none serious manner if you can not afford it save money and do it later or don't do it at all...
asking for 8gbs is a lot for just 50 dollars... 8x5=40 40x6=240 dollars for six months...... you are just asking for us to discount you 190 dollars?

My suggestion to you would be to start off with around 4GB or so (add the dedicated IP if you like). You can always upgrade or downgrade later down the track, so when you see that you are actually using up those 4GB, you may wish to upgrade to 6GB or even 8GB. The benefit of doing it this way is that you can go with an established provider such as us (or even another) and pay only what you need to. Why pay for 8GB if you won't need it until later on?

You can use this to collect donations from your players - if you're starting up a big server, I'm sure at least a month or two down the track someone will want to donate, which will help you out with your server bills for sure.
