Best advice would be.. don't. The community is already overloaded with kids trying to run businesses. The last thing people need is another person without experience or apparently even a business plan trying to sell services.
Flexibility and scale ability is what you need, and of course something unique that you're better at than other hosts. Your choice of hardware or DDoS protection is one of the smallest issues you would have to deal with but just for the sake, go for a cloud based solution like Vultr for instance: www.vultr.com. Then at least you can get rid of everything quickly if your idea fails instead of buying VPS'es for months then you don't get any customers.
A support system is another thing, how will your customers get support? are you gonna use a chat, phone, tickets or what's the plan? A new company simply can't provide low enough prices to conquer the giants, how are you gonna motivate your customers that your solution is better than the alternatives despite the higher price? Which countries are you gonna sell in? for customers in European countries mainly you need to pay VAT (Value added taxes) in their countries respectively etc..
Well to make a long story short, if you're actually serious and considered these details at least then maybe you could gain success. If not then I guess Bandareth has the best advice.
