Yes i actually think it is blocking the port because when i try to port forward it allows me to either create a new port myself or choose a port that they have listed and Minecraft port isnot there...
Are you sure about that? If you go to https://www.whatismyip.com/, does it say NetComm for ISP? I Googled NetComm to see if I could find a KB on their site to verify blocking, and the only NetComm I am finding is an equipment manufacturer not an ISP.
Okay so what we hav now is. Ive gone to a website which shows me step by step how to setup port fowarding for minecraft. It worked and thats done. Then ive gone to like the websites which shows if the port is open. And all the times i press go... It always says its offline..
