Thanks for clarifying, wasn't really planning on distributing anything anyways but I see it might be a big problem.
Often times users don't realize that they're doing it. For example, a few friends you met may want to play an older version of Minecraft. Distributing the jar file for that version of Minecraft would not be allowed, and this often isn't thought about when users distribute them.
