Agreed. We are in need of a GM or two, who can moderate any section that requires attention when no mods from that section are present. Preferably someone who's on most of the time.
I will admit, I'm getting fed up with how long it takes for reports to be dealt with. So long, in fact, that it's quicker to just wait for a thread to die than for it to be locked.
+1 Support for more moderators and for current ones shirking their duties to be reprimanded or excised.

I would most certainly be interested in reading up on news, but I would prefer it to be in a different section of the forums. I wouldn't be happy if I found a random page from the news paper in a good novel I was really into... If that makes any sense.
Is there even going to be any high quality news every day? Very little happens everyday that I would call 'news'...plus we already have a 'NEWS and Announcements' forum, if anything just split them and only allow mods to start topics in it.

Makes sense to me anyway. The main page would be a good place for news and the forums a good place to discuss it.
Citric said there won't be new mods or it will be a clusterf*** (Yes, he said that uncensored!) until changes are made to the forums.
