Bug: Adding a server to the client server list will cause a null.point exception, crashing the Client, yet will add the server, and future server additions do not cause this issue.
Cause: Adding a SMP server to your list for the first time.
Solution: Add a server, crash, it should not occur again.
SSP (Untested in SMP, I have no methods of doing so, shoddy con)
Endermen particles and glowing render are purple/pink (think door particles before fix) when viewed through glass panes.
Almost looks the inverse of the normal green for the eyes?
Particles, trailing behind him (it?) as it moves along
Best shot of the eyes I could get

Because potatoes have never been something so valued to mankind.
Is it true that, in version 1.8 final, if you try to get an item from a chest when your inventory is full you get a "saving chunks" crash? I've heard of it quite a lot, and looks like an annoying bug
Your Computer Specs and Operating System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core i7 930
4 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465
Can you repeat this bug: Randomly.
What issues does the bug Cause: Blocks don't disappear when removed. They're no longer tangible, and you can walk right through them, but the texture of the block is still there. Has happened with smoothstone and leaves so far.
Specific conditions it occurs in if applicable: After I create a new world (i've done both survival and creation) it loads up the game like normal, it then goes black screen for a few seconds, then flashes white very fast that has some text on it, too fast to make out what it says, it then goes back to black screen and stays black screen.

Confirming this one^

where blocks become invisible in certain areas (refer to my original post for image and computer specs)

Can you repeat this bug: Every time
What issues does the bug Cause: Unplayable past initial terrain generation
Specific conditions it occurs in if applicable: I can use the main menu system just fine. But as soon as I create a new world, it does it's thing with generating the map. When it finishes, the screen goes black and crashes.
Mine does the exact same thing, yet mine doesn't crash, it just stays black.
Computer Specs: Acer Aspire One D260 running Windows 7 Ultimate w/ 2gb of RAM.

If you need any help with any computer issues, check my website for contact information. I also do Minecraft Mods... well basic ones, I can make blocks that do specific things. I've also dabbed into making Plugins... like before, simple plugins

ATI Radeon 9650 256MB VRAM
Mac OS X 10.5.8
Java Version: 1.5.0_30
Can you repeat this bug: Yes
What issues does the bug Cause: Lighting does not change at night, and thus the world is lit in daylight at night. Mobs, dropped items, and objects/tools in hand appear to be lit properly.
Specific conditions it occurs in if applicable: I assume that this is a constant lighting bug, though it is most noticeable at night.
Screenshot:
People in videos I've seen on YouTube regarding 1.8 don't seem to be having this problem, neither in SSP nor SMP. Hope that doesn't mean it'll go on the back burner.
Your Computer Specs and Operating System: Server

What issues does the bug Cause:
Causes 'Polling' to fail on Multiplayer page, and subsequent 'Communication error' message to be displayed
Specific conditions it occurs in if applicable:
In the server.properties file if a motd longer than 60 characters is given polling fails, and the multiplayer screen shows a 'Communication error' message even though the server is active.

I have the same problem, my graphics card will only use opengl 1.2 and the new lighting system uses opengl 1.3. Problem many other mac users are having. unless fixed by mojang you would need to upgrade graphics card or snowleapard might allow use of 1.3, two things i dont want to have to spend more money on just to play this game. I bought this with the knowledge it would work and it did, i shouldnt have to spend more money because they decided to change the system requirements after i paid.

This is incorrect: Nothing Crashes, should be:
Bug: Empty Multiplayer Server List (on initial start) causes a Null Pointer Exception, but does not crash the client.
Cause: Start game, click multiplayer. (Actual Cause may be Unitialized Array, Best Guess without looking at code.)
Solution: Add a server. Exception will not occur again.
