(For example; ONLY turning off villages but keeping strongholds and mineshafts and such on). Because for some people, the villages take away part of the solo survival aspect of Minecraft. Especially with the new AI they will be receiving.

That's speculation/suggestion, I can't say that's an option in 1.2, as Jeb, or co haven't hinted at it yet. May be worth tweeting him over though, see if he'll reply on that! :smile.gif:

Nope. They despawn like normal. Possibly this feature will be added, I'd advise giving Jeb a tweet tomorrow or Monday, see if you can fish a response on this, sure a lot would like to know!

Yep. Halfsteps of any kind, glass, etc, are transparent. Ice can't be seen through, it just has a 'hazy' texture, hahaha. :tongue.gif:

1. Armor is fixed. 1.8 nerfed it, 1.0 bugged, 1.1 fixed that bug back to 1.8 design. Unless stated other wise, it's this for now. I need solid info to list such a heavy-handed mechanic change.

3. I haven't seen solid evidence of this, so I won't speculate. Though, I wouldn't be surprised. Pathfinding SEEMS to have been improved, but we need a twitter from Jeb, or etc, to really confirm it. >.<

4. ...When did swimming in lava not hurt without a fire-resist potion? x.X Diamond armor never stopped me melting in lava... fell in enough to know. :tongue.gif:

if it's not IN 1.1, then yeah, can't add it. But it's a promising sign for 1.2 ushering in a ton of AI improvements on varying levels, which is what I already put in the 1.2 section as I knew this. :tongue.gif:

Long time coming, the ai of anything with an ai in the game, sucks atm and is beyond mediocre.

'Derp' refers to a term often used by trolls to incite rudeness. How you perceive it's use, and how others perceive it, is the clear issue here. I can call you a butt-loving flower picker, which you would take extreme offense to, but a 'butt' can be a cigarette butt, and you perhaps you like to garden and have a nice front garden. It's all about the impressions of others when they read it.

ANYWAYS, I'm not trying to attack you. merely stating how you came off, yet your response shows i wasn't far off, sadly. If you wish to pursue this matter more aggressively, please pm me so we can keep this thread on topic!

When you have my level of experience, browse MMOCHAMP and WOW forums (dunno why...) you get used to such terms being offensive only. I didn't mean to jump on ya over it, just habit as how often I've seen it used like such. :tongue.gif:

I had no animation back in 1.8 area. Sometimes it showed, sometimes it didn't, not sure what triggered it... I'd look around for more info.

Hunger wasn't lost in creative since 1.7 or 1.8 (whichever) in one of the secondary release (1.8.1, etc) if I recall. :tongue.gif:
