Ok, so enchantments are less random now. I'm not sure what this means.
Bows are enchantable, which is awesome. I saw a video where there was knockback, a power +, flame and infinite. Does this make the overpowered bow more overpowered? Yes it does, but I still love it. There have been too many times where creepers got too close because I didnt charge my bow enough or it lagged.
I believe that the 'less random' part has to do with the levels available for a certain number of bookcases present. For instance, it now appears impossible (as far as I have seen) to enchant at level 1 with 2 bookcases nearby. I assume that this means it will also be easier to get level 50 with max bookcases. Now I am just wondering if the power of the enchantment for a given level is less random as well. Like is there less range in what you can get when you enchant at a specific level?

I'd hope it's "if you have 50 levels and max bookcases, you should not be getting long lists of level 1-10 enchantments"
I'd also hope that if you blow 42 levels on enchanting an item, you get a consistently high value of enchantment(s) for your efforts. I've spent 27 levels and gotten Efficiency III, and then a few days later come back with 48 levels and gotten...Efficiency III. IMO there should be less overlap in the quality of enchantment you get for having a certain level.
