I, for one, am going to be starting a new world. My current one has been tamed too much, and I'm getting bored. I've explored the mega-caves within range of my castle and its three outposts. I've got chests full of redstone and glowstone, more diamond than I'll ever need, several Fortune II and III pickaxes (but never a silk touch, which is less desirable anyway), a monster farm, and I've just finished a controlled dungeon! I haven't been to the End, and I'm not planning on it, but once again I think it's time to start fresh.
No, but on a more serious note I'll probably set up a new level in 1.0, since I haven't actually played the pres to avoid spoiling things (I've only messed around them in Creative)

If it's the same as RC2, I'll stick with a new world I started there a few days ago. It's still in it's infancy, and all I've really done there is get a small branch mine started. I haven't explored much or done anything new in it yet.
Terrain Generation Changes: Which biomes and world-building features are most in need of change?
Playing MInecraft since February 22, 2011
You know, that's the whole point of an almost infinite world. When you feel you've done enough or explore enough around your area, move on if you want to to another place and start over with some stuff carried from your previous area or don't carry anything as to make a fresh new start in the same world where new stuff can be found. A perfect example of this is a Youtube Minecraft series: "Coe's Quest." You might want to watch that if you never seen it before. :smile.gif:
Also, unless Notch does a major or at least over minor changes to the terrain generator, I'm sticking to this world. This is the very first time I had a world with slimes and I've played Minecraft since September 8, 2010. :smile.gif:
"Look at me still talking when there's science to do. When I look out there it makes me glad I'm not you."
Many people will probably still be waiting for the bug fix patches on Skyrim at that point. Kind of hard to play a game that crashes and forces you to hard reset your computer every five minutes.
