They had time to a re-skins and create nether mobs, add new nether items, create a snow-golem etc. but can not find the time to complete a feature before adding more to the game ..
Mojang really REALLY needs to get their act together. There needs to be some sort of system where new features are added AFTER old ones are complete and bug free. As it stands now it all so very chaotic.

Putting new content in the Nether is completing a feature, there was nearly nothing to do there.
Yeah ok but it is also NEW CONTENT ..
They should be focusing on fixing and completing what they have now instead of focusing on adding MORE stuff to break the game MORE ..
I can almost guarantee that any time now there will be posts about NEW BUGS in the nether ... hell there is probably some posted already. Just what we need ... more bugs.

BETA means crap It's just an excuse and a cop-out ... I gave them money in hopes it would help in developing a better COMPLETE product ... I'm not getting that.
There is alot of stuff going on but everything is all over the place. They keep adding new stuff which is either broken or breaks something else.
Keep adding new stuff and your asking for a LOT of troubles. If you are building a bridge and halfway through notice your off 3 inches to the left you don't continue with the build until the old issue is taken care of. Continuing to build and not fix current issues is a recipe for disaster.

You're an idiot. Minecraft is an incomplete feature in and of itself, or did you forget it was still in the beta stage? If that's the way you approach these idea's then maybe you'd prefer Notch just shut down the game completely until beta is over? Maybe then you wouldn't cry and stamp your feet so much.
Remember, Mojang has the right to update the game in any which way and to do whatever they want, when they want. They have exclusive rights to do that cause they own the game and property. If Notch wants to make 1.10 have every block texture be a picture of his bare asshole in block form, then he has all rights to do so and you'd have no right to complain. Sure, it's your $15 dollars, but if it turns out to be a waste, then that's your bad financial decision bro.
Take what you can get and wait like everyone else. Or gtfo, respectively.

Sarcasm? I actually kind of like the snowmen. What would really be the point of baby animals? Except for maybe sheep, you could make lamb.
This is probably what I was most excited for...

Animals don't de-spawn/re-spawn(at least that often) so animal breading causes animals to "re-spawn" and allows you to make farms.
The POINT of baby animals is the topic of this very thread ... you know the circle of life ... someone needs to go watch the Lion King again.
Great I can create useless snowmen but I still can re-populate my world with animals
