The green thanks arrow is normally right next to the green box saying how many you have.
But, if they had 0 thanks on that post then you give them thanks, then revoke it, then give it back. The number moves down and it is no longer alligned.
This is very minor, but still a bug.

Ever had something (or somebody) on your railroad that you did not want there?
