Have a slight idea for bumping that may improve the rules and clutter of posts, Adding a bumping button to the forum, Such as if a user wants to bump his or her post they click the button and it bumps it up to the top. The button should have a cool down if you will of a set time seen by the admin of that section. I think this will cut down on the none stop "Bumping" post and be easier to infraction someone for bumping. If someone posts to bump a thread a infraction point can be given.

The idea of allowing bumping is a no-no for me though, even if it has cool down. It should only be bumped if a genuine reply is there.

In your preferences you have to manually select if you want to see hidden/deleted posts (which is kinda stupid...)

Agreed. Even will a cool down, it still implies that bumping without any general information to add is okay. As far as I see in my opinion, it's not. As long as someone has significant information to add, I find a 'bump button' pointless and perhaps abusive.
