Instead of 'New Thread' only,
Lets change it depending on the section.
If one wanted to ask for modded support and thought making a thread in the Mods section is right.
The New Thread button will have a little overlay when hovered saying 'Only to post mods'
In the Modded Support section, the overlay could be 'Ask for modded support'
A lil' obvious, but it can really decrease mis-sectioned posts.
Also it can help post from other people who keeps saying "Wrong section!"
