sence i once asked to update i got a warning and now, whenever i visit any page sometimes the warning appears telling me to adknolage it but i cant because there is a pacman thing that prevents me from clicking anything (exept the refresh and other things) I CANT EVEN SCROLL DOWN help!
I've gotten responses from the squid here on this forum, but I haven't gotten a single response to any support tickets.
Tickets don't just go unanswered, they're in a list and get marked "solved" as completed. The oldest (unanswered) tickets right now aren't more than a day old.

Still, the Cobalt Feedback forum gets responses much faster, sometimes within the hour. Why use one when you can use t'other?

Because people doing tickets can do things I cannot, which is why when I say you need to submit a support ticket, you really need to submit a support ticket.
Nobody ever actually responds to those.
