They offered donators different things depending on the amount you donated........ soooo................. thats asking for payment in exchange for a service, it is no longer a donation, my girlfriend is a lawyer, and shes sitting here nodding my head at me as I type tihs.

Here are some solutions to this.
1. They shut down the server, give donators back their money, or be sued for alot more money.
2. They get more admins who are dedicated, give the donors their commands, and fix everything that has been griefed.
3. Do nothing, have people bitching, and also get sued and have more bitching, and most likely go bankrupt.
4. actually fix it themselves

The fact that you'd even consider suing someone into bankruptcy for as little as 10 dollars over a stupid ****ing game server, shows me that you have been using your best 12 year-old logic to make life choices.

Well I'm not going to sue, because I didn't donate. I was tempted by what they were offering, but the possibility that this was going to happen was incredibly high, so I did not. And I was right, but it doesn't feel so good knowing people WERE duped by it.
Well the server was **** from the start. The people who donated and were too retarded to notice that...well, I don't feel bad for them at all. Everybody should've known that the admins are greedy and almost never do anything with the server. So stop defending the damn donors cause it's their own dumbass fault.

The whole concept of NewSpawn is great, we just need a better community with active admins and commands that work. I'd like to see another server try this idea sometime, but these issues really need to be fixed.
I understand what you all are saying. I wish all of these things could be fixed but azoundria is rarely ever online. Thus i cant do much regarding all of your issues. It saddens me what it has fallen to... I myself have given up, but still try even though that does not justify my actions.

Secondly everyone does not have admin commands, just some of the aesthetic ones.
I'd say this server is easily my favorite due to its friendly admins and community. Even though there are a couple players who can be immature overall its a very nice player base. There is occasionally lag although currently I think the lag is caused by minecraft.net.
I recommend this server because you get to build awesome towns. Even if the town you are making doesn't turn out as nice as you hoped, there is next week to start a brand spankin' new one.
