I didn't try to do anything to you? O.o I simply said that you shouldn't have done it without asking everyone who lived there and that you were not in fact asked to put it all over the roofs of the buildings.

(I'd like to point out this is a custom skin I did myself. Essentially, its just a black/white haired guy in a jacket, which In my oppinion works for a post-apocolypse scenario.)

I'd consider against letting Fanciful in, even if I don't get in. Fanciful has been banned on several other servers, and has a very poor attitude with the player base. The only reason he wants on the server is because I applied, and he wants to come harass me in it.
You can actually see such in my signature, and I'd be happy to show several more pieces of evidence proving such, like this one where he threatons to troll a server page until he gets unbanned.
