I'm kind of disappointed with the eggs, actually. I thought you would be able to throw them and a mob would hatch, kind of like the normal eggs. It's actually more like a tool that allows you to place infinite mobs, so even if it did work in survival mode, it would make a bad prize. Whoever won the egg would be able to spawn an infinite amount of whatever mob they had an egg for.
idea for a event give colored wool blue and red the teams make a base and give them swords bow and a stack of arows and flint and steel then the teams have to burn the flag of the other team to win or kill all the othe teams players

Once the fire starts spreading its over, it won't be able to be contained, but that could go either ways, still too easy though, just a matter of whose fire spreads faster.
@snorunt it was a post I edited out about the eggs thing and how I copied that from Mojang, before knowing it did not work in survival.
Just a quick question, how exactly does the Nether work for this server? I've just mined the obsidian for a couple portals, when it occurred to me that the Nether amplifies the distance you travel, and the server map has limited boundaries. If I were to build a second portal in the Nether that would transport me outside the boundaries of the surface map, will I just die? Or will something wind up crashing?

If your portal takes you out of bounds, you will likely be pushed back in by the BorderGuard Plugin which may result in suffocation according to where it places you. It's a matter of implicating mathematics to ensure that you don't suffer such a terrible fate.
I am a moderater from Hyperion, and I see some comotion of debating servers.
I'm here to tell you, our server won't do any harm to yours, your server won't do any harm to us.
We are changing our style of playing genre anyway, hope I cleared up some problems happening between the 2 servers.

Aside from this, your announcement / server shout-out of sorts doesn't really pertain to the topic and use of this thread, and you should consider private messaging me from now on if you would so wish to notify me of any personal matters.
We never put a finger on Hyperion, although we've been harassed by a handful of your associates. I'm glad that all the hackers, cheaters and exiles formerly from The World of Nagura have found a new home on Hyperion, and that you all continue to have a great experience! :wink.gif:
