Hello? I'm a collector and builder and i still havn't gotten the IP, i would really like to join in.

I have a fetish for women. Is this odd? Is there something wrong with me? It’s really bad, too. Like, everyone time one of them walks by, I do a sly little chest-rear ogle. I can’t stop myself! It’s like a disease!
Just got on the server for the first time, it's an awesome city!
As it is, being a guard's gonna be hard, but i'm sure Notch will fix all the bugs with animation and all.
Just kidding. A snowball/archery course! That's right, now you can train and have fun in a large play area for playing against friends!
Now what?
"That souled lime a delightful idea, Potato. I wouldn't hesitate to accept it as a plan!"
Too bad it's already thought of, but at least you made a good and useful idea! How about you try to find a way to make the archery course teach us to handle moving enemies? Maybe by using the gravity of gravel or sand? Like having a "fuse" of wood or cloth to burn, and then when it's burned a single block of sand or gravel will fall and then you shall hit it with an arrow before it hits the ground. Like this:
[] [] [] [] [] <--- Randomly placed block for shooting at when it falls <--- The ceiling that hides the block
[] [] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] [] <--- The fuse that eventually burns away the ceiling to allow the block to fall <--- THE FLOOR!
This way we could train our reflexes, and shooting moving targets without having too much time to target. Great practice! We could add difficulties too! Like an easy room, where there are columns of water so the block falls slower when it hits the water (below the ceiling, or else it would extinguish the fire), and an advanced room where it's normal but a slightly elevated ceiling due to the high fall speed of the block. Oops, now I made the idea D:
However though, this would only work once arrows are fixed and the physics are. At the moment, you don't see the block fall, it just suddenly appears at the ground. However....Flat, can I make a prototype for this mechanism? =D
If it shall be made, at least I want to make the prototype myself. Then if it goes official, Dvar could do a better design and all :tongue.gif:
I really wanna do this now =D

@InjustPotato: Now half of my windows are gone in my house because of the 'grocery' to the left and you. I'm not mad, just irritated. Not only that, but someone needs to explain the giant hole to the other side of me... It scares the crap out of me thinking all the mobs will come up that way...
Also, the training place IS going to have archery, so there's no point right now. Remem: The main building's done, as we have to do is set up all the redstone circuits and get everything else up.
@Turtleey: Did you see the giant sign at the end of the hallway above the 'cave room'? I personally made that and there is a room behind the sign for meetings, etc. (It was a to build, but it salutes our server.)
Also, I already planted trees for the fire training. Yes, they are in random places to make it feel like a forest. Test 1 should be reading to go in a few in game days.
For the mob training, I'm not sure what you want me to do. Are you going to spawn a mob spawner and place it in the room or is it going to be the moving targets? Also, I have a really cool idea:
Having iron doors as targets and when they're at their 'closed' state, that means shoot, and when they are open, you don't. All run on a redstone circuit.
The bomb / griefer training, how are we going to do that?
@Three: We can't really have 3 different rooms in the mob training, considering that the room is already 10 blocks high. All the rooms are. We could however make little rooms inside it and set up everything there. It would suck to do, but I guess we could do it.
I just don't want empty spaces above each 'mini-room'. There'll need to be like this:
And yes, there will be doors to each level, I just forgot that.
No one is able to pick up any item on the server. It's been like this for an hour.
Also, jok3r and I witnessed Wolftail grief. It wasn't major, just literally one block, and he put it back. He fixed what he broke, and I don't think he deserves punishment. Just thought I should let you guys know.
In-Game name: 888462
Position: Guard
Playing Since: Early 2010
Why I should be a Guard: Murdering, slaughter and totally annihilate lurking creepers and what-not is my passion. Always was and it shall remain the same forever.
Comments: The project is huge, grand and absolutely epic. I must be a part of it :smile.gif:
If you are not part of the server already, then YOU WON'T BE ACCEPTED, SO THERE IS NO POINT.
@Turtleey: I can't log in, it times me out, so 'it takes too long'. WTF?
I think that the zoo idea "Souled lime a delightful idea, Potato." Shame you were only kidding.
Good job.

Which means im gonna need to find where the weapons are kept.
(Third time i've tried to post this, lets hope this one actually posts...)
5 block high walls for the construction sites / highly used places, 2 at regular locations, and wooden fences at suburban / farm locations.

I bet you're disappointed now.
Seems like the best system to me!

2: Planting/breaking one block isn't griefing.
3: APPS ARE CLOSED, KTHXBAI.
4: It's not my fault the system overloaded again.
