Why are you the best choice: I enforce the rules of a server to the best of my abilities. I try my hardest to stay neutral when settling an argument, and try not to show favouritism. My personal goal when in a position of authority (especially on prison servers) is to ensure that the rules are enforced and that the players/prisoners are safe from those who have decided to ignore the set rules of the server. If the rules of the server are not enforced properly, then there's no point in having the rules at all.

umm well good news is me and surf got B...bad news is people have escaped through the tree farm and now are getting sapplings and ****ing the tree farm in the outside world...also..i guess people found d blocks they can break somewhere...this is not going to good..wish there was a mod on at times like these...people just taking advantage so not fun for the server

How Long Have You Played Not very long i'm afraid. I just to do some recon on where the suspects hang out and do drug deals along with where the main pvp areas are.It seems as so your are in grave need of experienced, battlehardened veteran guards. I have reviewd countless posts on this thread dissing them and trying to bring them down. I think you don't have 3 days to wait.

Any Guard Experience? Yes I do, I was and technically still am Head-Guard of MineCraft Community Prison

Why Are You Our next Guard? As a guard my main job wouldn't be pvp as much as PROTECTING THE WEAK DEFENCLESS Prisoners. Guards need to have respect again. When we kill them over and over again it just makes them madder and adds more hate to the guards. We have to make it so when we kill them we tell them what they did wrong and how to improve... Then maybe give them an item or two back (legal items of course ) We have to teach them the right and legal way. It will take time, but I belive with hard effort the guards can come together and reclaim the honor and respect we deserve.
I think the spot of headguard is a position of authority and trust with high tech commands and high intelligence to manage. That is why I think a position of that magnatude deserves an app. I have created a custom layout for this app since there is no official one, please enjoy sir(s)
What makes you think you should be the next Head-Guard? I have been active on the forums making suggestions on mcp. I have also NEVER been reported, I'm also not only a ball busting cop I also spend much of my time helping noobs and escorting B ppl around so they don't get raped. Pvping free ppl isn't my main priority it's saving ppl from them. The position of head-guard has way more jobs to attend to than just guarding. I understand that and will do all my new duties on top of my current duties of guarding. The postion of headguard is also the place of leadership. I feel I have the skill set needed to lead the squad in battle and boost moral. In all the faction/pvp servers I played on I was always the Fac leader and lead my faction to victory and be top dog. Right now in the prison the Free People are Top dog and I think that I can change that and make the prison a more safe and secure place
How do you handle situations?
two noobs fighting= hit both once and say "no pvp"
NOOB STONE SWORD RIOT= kill everyone in area that hits someone to calm it down
Free ppl rape gang= follow them to keep them from causing trouble and if they attack I attack
Safezoner= Pvp warning 1 or if tagged OUT NOW 5 4 3 2 1
see sword/bow/drug= take it and if they dont they have the choice to pvp or jail

I will always try to be a good role model for the prisoners and help them to become the best that they can be in this server. I hope that if I get moderator I can really help this server grow.
what would you do as mod: I would follow rules and moderate chat while always being unbiased. I would also try to help the prisoners with their questions/problems and try my best to always be alert and not ignore other prisoners. I will not abuse powers and always give the correct punishment to a rule-breaker.
how can you benefit us as mod: I think I could benefit you because I do my job as moderator very well as I have been moderator on MCP and a few other non-prison servers. I will always do my role and exactly what is needed I will try to help around the prison and assist the wardens when they ever need help

why you should get mod?:i think i should get mod because ive been a warden and a guard on other prison servers i also am a admin on 2 other servers and i know the roots of keeping pepole in order and try not to have them flip out and rage quit i can be very fun and kind but also very strict when it comes to fights but i am very strict about inforcing rules so the server does not lose intrest to certin people!
what would you do as mod:inforce rules of the server and help other with any information they might want to learn about the server such as where places are in the sever like food courts and try to make it fun and strict so they dont cause to much Havoc
how can you benefit us as mod:i know a plentiy full of commands and Rules of this server ive dealt with them before and i can be nice and strict to players to keep them in order during anything importan the server may have Such as the 30 player party coming up if pepole are PvPing during that!
