Desolate Gaming is brand new group owned by two brothers. We are hoping to bring a fresh series of servers to the players, right now we only have pvp/factions but with time & everyones feedback we will be bringing more servers up soon!

This is the most genuine server i've played on. I'm glad i stumbled onto it. The community makes you feel at home, and it's fairly new so it feels tight knit. I'd recommend it to anybody.
Wanted to apologize to anyone who was either on or recently tried to get on, we had an attempted DDOS attack that caused the server to go down momentarily but has been taken care of and now everything i back to normal.
Ok geminicraft/bean I have checked my logs, you hacked yourself a full set of diamond armor and diamond tools. You told glyth, the other owner of the server that you found a huge line of diamond ore, but refuesed to show him where at. And all this after only being on the server for a total of 14 minutes.
The only way I could see you finding enough diamond ore for all those items in 14 minutes is with xray.
If you had been on for maybe an hour i could maybe believ that you had found all the diamonds but in 14 minutes that is impossible. And our logs show it. Don't think just because the server is new that we don't have the tools needed to find out what your doing.
Also it is reported that you were flying.
And yes there are factions and there is pvp.
So take your pick on why you were banned from server. item-hacking, xray-mod, fly-hacking
You could have started your own faction if you did not get invited into one.

3. If you get diamonds, the owners think you are hacking.
You had a full set of diamond armor and tools plus some diamonds left over all within 15 minutes.
4. If you kill someone, the owner uses /kill on you.
I will apologize for killing you that was a rash action in the heat of the moment and i should not have done that.
5. When the owner uses /kill on you, he takes your stuff.
We keep you stuff because we thought you hacked the diamonds in.
6. When he takes your stuff, he doesn't give it back, and thinks you didn't get it legit.
Yes we did take your stuff because you had a lot of diamonds in a short time.
7. You're not aloud to build or mine near someone else's house.
I asked you to move politely and you did not.
But other than that, the admins are more polite than they are on most servers.

Now for my point of view
I login and I hear from one of the owners that this bean has a lot of diamond stuff and had been playing for no time at all, to my self i think hacking and tell the owner. Then on top of that the bean was build right near my own building and asked him to move then hit me and started kill my dogs, and i try to kill the player in game far a square and kills me, then i used /kill on him because i did not want him to kill my dogs or have my stuff, this i know was rash and should not have done this. I then did /back to get back to my death spot and ended picking up the players stuff i said i would give it back, the owner told me to give him the players items and he said he would give back the items if he got the items ligit.
Then bean came back to the area where he died and this is when i asked him to move please build else where again he then started to take down what he had put up but stop'ed and started to run around the area when he started to get mobed during that the owner was trying to kill the mob at hit the player by accident and killed the player. The owner then the owner asked bean to show him where he had dug up the diamonds as then bean said he had dug them up near spawn, bean messed around some more near spawn and did not show the owner where he had dug up the diamonds, then not much later bean started flying and we had not put him into creative, the owner asked him if he was flying and bean admitted that he was flying, the owner then baned him for hacking.
well i have not joined yet i will soon but i would like to know what it will take to get away from the rank guest like could i vote for u on planet minecraft or somthing because i will i hate the rank guest lol
Ummmmm, i got banned for claiming something that was unclaimed... i even asked Naddox if i could claim it and then Djae came online and said i had to unclaim it or get banned. wtf? he then banned me and when i went on my stepbrothers account to try and explain, he banned my stepbrothers account (daj221)
